1. Regarding customized sizes:
Because the thickness and color of resin tiles generally need to be customized, and the length of the tiles is customized according to the multiple of the pitch, if you purchase them again, there is a resin tile size comparison table in the above picture of the shopkeeper. 
You can customize the length you need based on this.

2. Regarding the thickness of resin tiles:
Due to the uneven thickness of each part of the resin tile production line, 3.0mm (± 0.2mm) and 2.5mm (± 0.2mm) are generally within the normal standard range.

If you have any questions about calculating dimensions or quantities when purchasing and using this product, please feel free to consult us. Our factory's technical department is always available to assist you.

4. Regarding the customization time:
Due to the different thicknesses and colors of resin tiles, it is necessary to reconfigure the raw materials and colors during customization. The required customization time usually takes about 1-3 days to ship depending on the quantity.

5. Explanation of the sample
All samples and materials of our company's resin tiles are shipped free of charge. Due to the large daily quantity and the avoidance of malicious competition in the market, the shipping fee is borne by the buyer. 
If there is an order, the shipping fee will be refunded to the buyer after completion.

6. Regarding shipping fees
Due to the fact that the company mainly relies on wholesale sales, the shipping cost is paid by the buyer. Resin tiles are large and heavy goods, and in order to save shipping costs for buyers, they are generally shipped by consignment logistics in various regions. 
The shipping cost to each region can be based on the actual freight cost. If the buyer has their own car, they can directly go to our factory to load the goods.

7. Payment method:
Our company's resin tile products are directly shipped from the factory, with low profits and sales offset by volume. Therefore, all transactions are cash transactions. 
If customized customers need to pay a deposit, they can directly clock in or make cash transactions. Full payment must be made after shipment before shipment can be made.

8. Transportation
Our company usually ships 1-2 vehicles free of charge from the factory to the logistics market every day. 

When shipping, as the logistics company does not directly compensate for the damage to the received goods,  buyers may consider purchasing freight insurance according to the situation. When picking up the goods,  buyers should also check the quantity and damage of the goods,  contact us in a timely manner,  and take photos to send back to the logistics company for negotiation of compensation matters. 

We cannot determine the damage caused by the buyer after picking up the goods. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Transparent resin tiles are one of the synthetic resins with a small linear expansion coefficient.

The linear expansion coefficients of the plates in different directions are slightly different, averaging 0.065mm/m.  The thermal conductivity of transparent resin tiles is very different from that of general synthetic resins, which is 1/4 of glass, 1/300 of iron, 1/1000 of aluminum, and 1/12000 of copper. 
It is a material with good thermal insulation.

The heat insulation effect is particularly good. The heat insulation of the sun panel is as high as 49%. The thermal conductivity (K value) of the PC sun panel is different from that of ordinary glass and other plastics.  The heat insulation effect is 7%-25% higher than that of the equivalent glass, and the heat insulation of the PC sun panel is as high as 49%.

Thus, the heat loss is greatly reduced, and it is used for construction with heating equipment, which is an environmentally friendly material.

Plant growth requires suitable temperature and humidity. Correspondingly, the transparent resin tile greenhouse requires a ventilation system to adjust and control the indoor temperature and humidity to provide a suitable growth environment for plants.

Generally, the ventilation system of the transparent resin tile greenhouse can be divided into natural ventilation and forced ventilation.
